Northfield Town Centre BID4
Continuing Our Plans for Protecting, Improving, Promoting & Supporting Northfield Town Centre
Message from your Northfield BID Chair & Vice Chair
Northfield BID is asking businesses to support a fourth term (2027–2031). The ballot runs 22 October – 19 November 2026, and your vote will decide whether the services you rely on continue.
Over the past five years, we’ve delivered daily safety patrols, wellbeing checks, jet washing, graffiti removal, Christmas lights, social media promotion and hands‑on support — all on a modest budget.
You told us what matters most:
-
A safe Northfield High Street
-
A clean and cared‑for phyiscal and visual environment
-
Strong localised marketing promotion
-
Practical support for time‑poor businesses
BID4 strengthens what works and protects more than £600,000 of services that would disappear without a BID.
Chairperson Tracy Prior said: “Every pound invested through the BID goes straight back into the Town Centre. Without BID4, Northfield loses more than £600,000 of essential services.”
Vice Chair Carl Brown added: “Security remains our number one priority. The BID’s safety officer and radio scheme have made a real difference to businesses.”
BID4 proposes strengthened safety patrols, continued environmental improvements, expanded digital promotion, and enhanced business support.
“Let us ensure Northfield continues to thrive. We encourage you to join us in voting ‘yes’.”
