Campaign for BID3
Northfield Town Centre BID has been working for and on behalf of the Northfield Town Centre business community since 2012. Last May, the BID Board decided to proceed with the campaign for BID3, but to hold the BID ballot as late as practically possible as businesses were operating in unprecedented times.
The current BID term finishes on 31st December 2021, by which the businesses that form Northfield BID will be asked to determine whether the BID Company, its services and projects benefiting Northfield Town Centre are to continue post December 2021. To recommence our journey, the BID Company will be talking to business owners, local managers and teams in head offices to find out what they would like to see featured, should the BID succeed in a third term.
The BID is proposing invite the businesses within the Northfield Town Centre BID area to vote via a postal ballot in October - November 2021. The ballot will determine whether the BID will continue for a further 5 years from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2026. A business plan will need to be developed with your business needs in mind, so the BID needs to ask you what you would like to see for the future operation and management of the Northfield BID area. Upon completion, please save the attachment and return to: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as practically possible, so I can collate the responses, and let you know what the future holds for Northfield Town Centre businesses, for March/April 2021. Any problems, please let me know, and I can arrange for a hardcopy of the survey to be delivered.
