  • 23rd September 2021 (on or around) - Official Launch of the Business Plan (Head Office Voters & Eligible Local Voters Receive a Copy of the BID3 Business Plan)

  • 7 October 2021 - Statutory (Latest) Date: Notification of Ballot

  • 11th October 2021 - BID Open Forum (AGM)

  • 21 October 2021 - Statutory (Latest) Date: Despatch of Ballot Papers & First Day of Ballot

  • 18 November 2021 (5pm) - Close of Ballot

  • 19th November 2021 (by 5pm) - Issue of Result

"Our Plan for Improving, Protecting, Promoting and Supporting Northfield Town Centre 2022 - 2026" showcases the projects and services that businesses have asked for, in order for Northfield BID to succeed for a third term. 

Our proposal has been split into four of our priorities.   Click on the buttons to find out more about our exciting plans for a third term.

In accordance with ‘The Business Improvement District (England) Regulations 2004’, the BID3 documentation 2022 -2026 will be available to download shortly. 

 

The Operating Agreement, the Baseline /Service Level Agreements are being prepared by the Local Authority, along with the Memorandum of Understanding from West Midlands Police.  These documents are now available to view.
